As a Level 4 Sports Massage Therapist and proud member of FHT, I bring a wealth of experience from my time in chiropractic clinics and working with sports teams. My expertise includes deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, dry cupping and sports taping, allowing me to effectively address a variety of needs. I specialize in helping clients manage stress and tension, and chronic conditions associated with this, as well as athletes seeking to address injuries and enhance their performance and recovery. Massage is for everyone!
